Hello and welcome to COCOA BUTTER, an entire blog dedicated to something, ONE something.
In fact, this is the one something that I would argue is the best
something out there: chocolate.
To me, no matter what you do with it, chocolate is always the first
choice...and usually my only choice. Think about it, you can do anything
with chocolate- bake it in a cake, make ganache for truffles, drink it,
cover bacon in it....everything goes with chocolate, and that's what I
love about it. It is so versatile and complex, and can be used with any
flavor you want to make the perfect sweet [or even savory] treat. COCOA BUTTER is devoted to sharing recipes, ideas, tips, tricks, and dreams about, mostly, chocolate [although different sweet treats are also mentioned along the way]. There are usually 1-2 new recipes each week, sometimes more if i can find the time. Take a look around and I hope you like what you see.
